NEW YEAR NEW READS

Every Christmas for as long as I can remember I have received books as gifts. I've been reading my whole life, and I don't have a set 'type' so it's an easy gift I suppose. I started reading Harry Potter when I was in kindergarten. My older sister was reading it and I didn't want to be left out, so my mom and I started it as a bed time story. She quickly grew tired of the 223 page book, but I couldn't get enough. Since then, I've read everything from murder mysteries to children's books and everything in between; I just can't get enough.

I've always wanted to start a blog. Keeping others up to date on what I'm reading (since that seems to be all I do) and which books I think are worth recommending as Christmas gifts for the next year. Bre's Book Club has been in my brain for years, but now it's finally on the internet for all to see.

I'm going to be posting about what I'm currently reading, some old favorites of mine, as well as news about books that I find interesting. Feel free to keep up with my reading list, I will try and update it as often as possible, and add new books as I find them. Luckily, I'm taking a few english courses this term so I'll have lots of material to choose from.
