Creating has always been something that I am drawn to, and when I was introduced to costuming I felt an instant connection. To be able to see a costume come to life from page to stage is the best feeling in the world, one that I quickly came to want more of.

Though I started by just pulling from stock at my high school, once I was bitten by the costume bug I could not stop. I started designing and building costumes for every show in school, as well as finding work at local theatre as a freelance designer and stitcher.

From simply altering clothing to creating costumes from the ground up, the world of costume design is one that I love to explore.
